Tender, juicy, smoky, and buttery! This thoughtfully cut smoked salmon filet is perfect for stirring into pastas, piling onto toast, tossing into salads, or eating straight from the tin.
Slow-smoked in small batches over beechwood at a smokehouse in the German countryside. Hand-packed at a Danish microcannery a couple hours outside of Copenhagen. Raised in cold, clean Nordic waters, resulting in a lighter pink, tender, flaky fillet with a soft, buttery texture and gentle caramelization.
Packed in Spanish olive oil.
