We're proud of our ingredients. All of our pasta is made with flour from small mills specializing in quality flour!
How is our pasta different?
Our pasta is either made by hand or extruded only with quality bronze dies. Large manufacturers sometimes use cheaper dies, leaving you with a slick surface which does not hold sauce as well. The other big reason is the drying process. We air dry our pasta which allows the pasta to hold more flavor!
When available, we always choose local ingredients. We prefer cooking with in-season product that is farmed locally in NWA. Support your local farmers!
