Rabitos, in Spanish, translates to "short tail (like that of a rabbit)." Chocolate lovers in Spain have always known the joys of figs and cocoa. Now Americans are figuring it out, too. Rabitos won 1st Place in the Best Sweet Category in the Fancy Food Show. These individually wrapped confections combine succulent dried Spanish figs with a creamy chocolate truffle center. For increased chocolate goodness, the whole fruit is coated in a chocolate shell.
