The Bolognese Lasagna Take-n-Bake

To pair with our classic Bolognese Lasagna, Master Sommelier, Laura Williamson leans to South Africa for an enticing match with Zevenwacht “7even” Pinotage.  As one of the oldest properties in Stellenbosch, dating back 300+ years, this historical winery also serves as an anchor to the Biodiversity and Wine Initiative, overlapping conservancy programs supported by UNESCO.

Look for the deep, bountiful, smoky fruit of the wine to harmonize with the rich, zingy tomato ragu along with the Pinotage’s lifted finish to elevate the decadent Bechamel.  

Each Take-n-Bake feeds 2-3 people.
