THE STORY

When these fishermen from Northern Spain began to share their findings at local markets in their small coastal towns, it was only a matter of time before the rest of the world would seek them out. After 35 years, Cambados maintains a small facility that follows the original artisanal, sustainable standards set into place by their founding family members.
