Strucà is a no-butter, dairy-free cake, made with extra-virgin olive oil and candied orange peels and produced all year round. It is light and airy, with the delicate honey-vanilla flavor of panettone. It is topped with icing and Bari almonds. This special cake is made with 100% extra virgin olive oil and candied pear and dark chocolate pieces.
