Grape Blend: Roughly 68% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Malbec (from vines over 30 years old).
Farming: Certified organic, hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts, and aged in concrete tanks.
Alcohol: 13% ABV.
Tasting Notes: Silky and smooth with aromas of blackberry, dark plum, fresh blueberries, and subtle baking spice.
