This week, our friend and Master Sommelier, Laura Williamson suggests a dynamic match of the Bernabeleva Navaherreros Blanco from Madrid, Spain to synergize with our dazzling take-home lasagna, layered with loads of pistachio pesto and bechamel pink vodka sauce.

She explains, the old, indigenous Albillo vines (some 80+ yrs in age) coupled with the unique waxy, herbal, savory depth of this rare Spanish grape will match the weight of the pink sauce while also enunciating the umami-driven pesto for a tantalizing crescendo-lifted finish.

Each Take-n-Bake feeds 2-3 people.
