Bake baguettes per package instructions. Once done, slice in half and then down the middle to open up for sandwiches. Meanwhile, cut peaches into thin slices.
Spread cheese on one or both sides of bread (the amount is up to you), then nest prosciutto slices on bread, followed by preach slices and fresh basil leaves.
Drizzle sandwich with both honey and balsamic. Serve!
