Unbelievably simple, quick, and delicious! These sandwiches are perfect for your next picnic or lake day. Both sweet and salty, it’s truly a best of both worlds recipe!

Ingredients

6 Slices fresh Prosciutto
1 thinly sliced peach
Tangy soft cheese (I used Cypress Grove Meyer Lemon & Honey Goat Milk Cheese)
Fresh basil leaves.
Jocelyn & Co. Demi Baguette (Cut in half)
Honey
Good Balsamic

Directions

Bake baguettes per package instructions. Once done, slice in half and then down the middle to open up for sandwiches. Meanwhile, cut peaches into thin slices.
Spread cheese on one or both sides of bread (the amount is up to you), then nest prosciutto slices on bread, followed by preach slices and fresh basil leaves.
Drizzle sandwich with both honey and balsamic. Serve!
