your go to crowd feeder, game day dish, make once eat all week kinda recipe! Not gonna lie, I yelled some words in celebration of flavor and success when I took the first bite of this recipe. I visited @zellipasta this weekend to pick up my main ingredient for this bomb dish + I love everything about them — they use organic ingredients, air dry their pasta to maintain nutrients, and do all of this in house! BLTC PASTA SALAD
1 Box Creste Di Gallo
1 container grape tomatoes, halved
1 hearts of romaine, chopped
5 pieces of bacon (I cooked mine in the oven!)
2 cups grilled chicken strips, diced
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Mayo
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
pink salt and pepper to taste
boil pasta as directed
Meanwhile, cook bacon in oven at 415 F for 15 min. Then chop it up.
In a small bowl, mix sauce ingredients.
Add all ingredients together in bowl. Toss until well coated while pasta is still slightly warm.
Serve & keep in fridge!
