In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta per package instructions. About 3 minutes before pasta is cooked through, pour in your bag of frozen edamame and cook until edamame is thawed and pasta is fully done. Drain pasta and edamame and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Meanwhile, whisk together all dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Set aside.
Add pasta and edamame to a large mixing bowl with your cabbage, carrots, green onion, and basil. Pour dressing over salad ingredients and stir together until pasta and veggies are evenly coated.
Salad can be served immediately, or chilled until ready to eat. Plate salad and garnish with furikake, wonton strips, cashews, and lime wedges. Serve and enjoy!
