A very special Cappelletti just for Valentine's Day! Beet dough will give the pasta a very fun Valentine's look without adding much beet flavor. The filling will be ricotta, leeks, garlic, and parmigiano reggiano. So yummy!
We are selling these in portions of 12 for $10.
