ABOUT THE PRODUCER:
Otello Marcato invented the first-ever pasta rolling machine in a workshop behind his house in 1930. He then sold these to neighbors on his bicycle. He built this businenss in his workshop for eight years, then he opened a factory in Campodarsego, Padua, where Marcato still produces all of their products today.
