Blackberry Bramble Cocktail 1/4 cup fresh blackberries 2 oz dry gin 1 oz pH Blackberry syrup 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice Soda water to top Fresh mint and blackberries to garnish Muddle blackberries with syrup in shaker. Add gin and lemon juice to the shaker with ice. Shake well to chill and combine ingredients. Strain into a glass with fresh crushed ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with fresh mint and blackberries.
